In 2025, the PBS Impact Foundation continued its mission with renewed focus and an unwavering commitment to strengthening communities, expanding educational opportunity, and empowering future leaders. Thanks to supporters like you, this was a year defined by bold strides, record-setting generosity, and transformational stories. We invite you to look back with pride at the milestones we achieved together — and forward with excitement at the lives we will continue to change.

A foundation built on purpose.

As the philanthropic partner of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., the PBS Impact Foundation is uniquely positioned to support initiatives that uplift communities, expand access to education, and invest in the leaders of tomorrow. This year, we witnessed the power of collective giving in action, with thousands of donors, brothers, partners, and friends joining our mission. With the guidance of our Board of Directors and the leadership of our National Chairman, the Foundation celebrated growth across every measurable dimension:

  • A rapidly expanding donor community

  • Record-breaking gifts and commitments

  • New partnerships with schools, organizations, and corporations

  • Strengthened programming with national reach

Together, we advanced our shared purpose — ensuring that the values of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service are not just spoken, but lived.

Milestone Achievements of 2025

More than $60,000 in scholarships awarded

Along with the fraternity, we awarded a record amount of scholarship dollars to deserving young people! We proudly awarded the inaugural class of Leaders of the Future Scholars, supporting exceptional students on their paths to degrees at universities across the country.

Adopt-a-School initiative makes GIANT leap.

Our commitment to supporting schools in underserved communities reached new heights in 2025. Through the National Adopt-A-School Initiative, we deepened our partnership with districts and expanded the number of schools benefiting from resources that enrich the learning  environment, support teachers, and elevate student success. A highlight of the year was the inaugural $10,000 Adopt-A-School Grant, awarded to Anderson-Livsey Elementary School — a partnership that energized the entire community and demonstrated the impact that targeted, mission-driven giving can have.

Making professional development a priority.

The PBS Impact Foundation remains deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders through meaningful, sustained investment in youth development. Central to this commitment is our support of the Sigma Beta Club, where young men receive mentorship, academic enrichment, college and career readiness, and opportunities to grow as leaders grounded in service. This year, we also strengthened our impact through the Youth Empowerment Symposium, held at The Skills Center in Tampa, FL. This one-day event connected high school students with educators, businesspeople, and government officials, all to help prepare them for their careers.

Advancing our mission through philanthropic excellence.

  • 400% growth in donor participation

  • 500% growth in total giving

  • 300% growth in average gift

  • $141,000 raised during Conclave Tampa

  • $436,000 in planned giving and bequests

Looking Ahead: Building on Momentum for 2026

With a foundation of strong partnerships, growing support, and a bold vision, we move into the new year with purpose, ambition, and hope. In 2026, we will continue expanding:

  • Scholarship opportunities

  • School partnerships

  • Corporate collaborations

  • Impact reporting and donor engagement initiatives

  • Leadership development for youth and young adults

  • Infrastructure to secure the long-term health of the Foundation

Your continued support ensures that next year will be our most impactful yet.
