Foundation Board Elects New Executive Committee, Appoints New Director

The PBS Impact Foundation is proud to announce the election of its Executive Committee for the 2026–27 term. During its December board meeting, the Foundation’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect a slate of officers who will continue guiding the organization’s mission. All officers began their two-year term on January 1, 2026.
Justin Gibson has been re-elected to serve as Chairman, bringing his leadership and commitment to strengthening the Foundation’s national footprint. Under his guidance, the organization has expanded donor engagement, enhanced program impact, and increased philanthropic support across the country.
Joining him in leadership is Hon. Micheal Cristal who has been re-elected Vice Chairman. Micheal brings extensive organizational expertise and a deep passion for service, positioning him to help advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities over the next two years.
Michael Murry will serve as Secretary for a second term, responsible for stewarding board governance, ensuring clear communication, and supporting the operational effectiveness of committee and board activities.
Rounding out the committee is Brian Middleton, who has been re-elected Treasurer. In this role, Brian will oversee financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability as the Foundation continues to grow its philanthropic reach.
Additionally, the board appointed Ronald Smith, Jr., PharmD to its ranks as an at-large member. Dr. Smith is a healthcare professional and nonprofit leader committed to service, community impact, and health literacy. He brings experience across the pharmaceutical

industry, with a focus on advancing informed decision-making and public trust in healthcare information. Dr. Smith currently works in regulatory drug advertising, where he supports the review of pharmaceutical promotional materials to ensure compliance with FDA requirements and the clear, balanced presentation of benefit and risk information. His professional work is grounded in evidence-based practice, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to his professional career, Dr. Smith has a strong record of volunteer service and leadership in mission-driven organizations, supporting initiatives centered on health education, prevention, and empowerment.
Dr. Smith is Phi Beta Sigma’s Nu Sigma Chapter and resides in Levittown, Pa with his wife Kimberly and daughter Kailyn.
