Founded in 2021, the PBS Impact Foundation was created to service as the philanthropic partner of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The Foundation is a nonprofit, nonstock corporation organized for charitable, educational, cultural, and service purposes directed towards the improvement of living, working, housing, health, and educational conditions of all persons, in particular minorities, and organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The foundation shall promote social welfare through the reduction of human distress and hardship and the creation of opportunities for advancement through learning, scholarship, service, and human understanding. the focus populations will be people of the African Diaspora, Latinos, and other economically, socially, culturally, disadvantaged and/or underserved communities.
